Mr. Ward after qualifying as a solicitor, joined London reinsurance market in 1991 as trainee underwriter at Lloyd’s, obtaining good and broad understanding of insurance industry generally, and the London Market specifically. Mr. Ward developed interest in the claims sector and became the international loss adjuster in 1993 with world’s largest firm, specializing immediately in financial and professional risks. In 1995 Mr. Ward joined a new but rapidly expanding international adjusting operation as head of financial and professional risks division and part of senior management team. In 1996 Mr. Ward moved with the entire international team to a more established firm to perform same role. He continued dealing with large and complex financial risks worldwide, including central banks, retail, investment and merchant banks. Mr. Ward performed several public speaking roles to banks in the UK and overseas and had papers published in financial press in the UK and overseas. Mr. Ward co-founded The CAS Network in 1998, continuing initially with loss adjusting, then expanding into various other high-end consulting such as; risk management consulting for governments and banks, developing IT strategies for London insurance/reinsurance market, business transformation consulting and developed the world’s first, operational, real time, web-based claims management system (Adjust online).With Adjust online and the vast experience gained, together with research and development of process automation/re-engineering and electronic document management techniques, created paperless office environment for the business and cost-effective, efficient means of disseminating information to its clients. Mr. Ward then lead the development of systems and growth of specific IT and business consulting work (document management and process automation/re-engineering) for insurance sector as well as banks and other financial institutions.Mr. Ward’s business process outsourcing and general management/IT consultancy with a strong emphasis on business process re-engineering for the insurance and financial services sectors, has proven to be revolutionary for various financial sectors around the world.

Apr 2010 to date - Generali Worldwide (CEO) Responsibilities: Responsibility for: P&L and a balance sheet of nearly GBP 3 billion; setting 3 year strategy; reporting to Board and shareholder. Brought in to improve service and efficiency (through business process re-engineering and better use of IT) and create new business model to future-proof business. Management of day-to-day operations and liaison with CEO’s of other Group companies. Growth & development of business into new products and new markets.
PR & Press. His achievements: Creation of new strategic plan with new products, new markets and a network of new distribution and product partners.
Creation of new IT strategy (including new self-service suite for customers, Web based quotation system, iPhone/iPad/Android apps. and social media platform) and oversight of implementation, leading to 50% increase in administrative efficiency and much improved customer service.

The driving force behind Lion Life Assurance, [LLA], is founder A. G. Kehle, III, , who has been very successful in a number of roles in the life insurance industry in the US for many years.  Mr. Kehle has spent his entire working career in the life insurance industry, from salesman to the organizer of a very successful international Life Insurance Company that created several million dollars in sales and assets. 


Chairman of Orient Holding, Inc., Lion Life Assurance, Inc., Life Insurance Company Of All Nations, Inc., and Lion Life, Inc. in Florida/Share Holder, Mr. Kehle represented Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company as well as 30 other major U.S. companies. Vice President, Combined Life Insurance Company of America, a subsidiary of Combined Group of Companies, Chicago, Illinois - W. Clement Stone, President. Mr. Kehle helped set up and organize the life insurance company operation within Combined Insurance from zero premiums to millions in four years.


Mr. Kehle was President of A. G. Kehle & Company, Inc., with offices in the Palm Court Plaza, North Palm Beach, Florida. He has been involved in Life Insurance, Estate Planning and Family Wealth Management services for over thirty - five years. He has been active in speaking and writing on Insurance and Estate Planning topics and has lectured and held Estate Planning seminars in Chicago, New York, Anchorage, Seattle, Pebble Beach, Miami and Palm Beach. 
Kehle received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Toledo. Mr. Kehle attended the Stetson University College of Law and various seminars held at Harvard College and Syracuse Universities in Economics, Finance and Marketing.

Kehle was employed by Pratt-Whitney Aircraft a subsidiary of United Technology as a Sr. Computer Engineer in charge of the IBM 7070 scientific computer which ran all J-10 rocket tests which propelled the first astronaut into space.


Kehle is a member of Who's Who in America; the Explorer's Club of New York; American Cancer Society; and the International Polo Club Palm Beach in Florida.  Mr. Kehle was a registered Representative (Series 7) for Baird Northwestern Mutual Securities. He was licensed for Life, Health and Variable Annuities.

Peter retired from Ameriprise Financial Advisors, Inc. (formerly American Express Financial Advisors), as a Senior Vice President, following 25 years of building top performing organizations, including the development of a 5,000+ personal financial advisor network. Most recently he led the Employee Personal Financial Advisor Force for the eastern half of the U.S., and also maintained national responsibility for Field Leadership Development.

Throughout his career at Ameriprise, Peter demonstrated a high level of success at the practice, district, regional and national levels, and held national responsibility for field leadership development, leading a decade of unprecedented success with the attraction, development and retention of top leaders.

For the past five years, Peter has served the small business community as a consultant, advisor, and mentor, as the Founder and CEO of The Velardi Group, LLC. He has led organizations through start-up, turnaround, re-alignment, acquisition, and divestiture. Clients have included Dinova, EarthClub, and eRollover.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management. He is a Certified Financial Planner, and holds active securities and insurance licenses. Peter is a nationally recognized motivational speaker on topics including "e;How to Achieve Wealth and Happiness,"e; and "e;How to Achieve Quantum Leap Business Growth."e; Peter and his family reside in the northeast Atlanta area.

Victor H. Pribanic

Victor H. Pribanic is the founding member of a Pittsburgh based regional trial practice firm. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Duquesne University School of Law. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Pittsburgh and founded the present firm in 1984. Victor has tried and settled a variety of civil tort claims and occasionally represents clients in criminal matters in the United States District and State Courts. Recent notable verdicts include a $103 million accounting malpractice verdict, a $2.2 million defamation verdict in the State of New Jersey, a $1.175 million products liability verdict against General Motors and in February of 2007, he recovered the largest and first significant medical malpractice Plaintiff’s verdict in Butler County, Pennsylvania, in which the jury awarded $600,000.00 for the death of a stillborn infant. A significant portion of his current practice is devoted to medical negligence and drug defect claims in which he has been able to obtain numerous seven and eight figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients in a wide variety of medical matters. He is a frequent speaker in the area of trial methods generally and within the medical negligence area. Victor has been a lifelong member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association), the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers, the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and a variety of other professional organizations.

Mr. Goldsmith is a successful independent investor and financial advisor who serves as a Trustee to the Police Officer Pension Board of the Town of Palm Beach. The Culver Military Academy graduate attended the University of Michigan and earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He was a U.S. Air Force officer in the administrative faculty at M.I.T. He was president of Freeport Power Co. in the 1960’s and later Chairman and President of I.C.D., a publicly traded company. He is currently Chairman of the First Bank of the Palm Beaches and for PropertyCorp International, and a Director for Motient Inc. Innkeepers USA and Plymouth Rubber. He has served as a Director for more than 15 publicly traded or privately held companies, including Palm Beach National Bank & Trust Co., Royal Bank of Canada International, Sterling National Bank-New York, Florida National Bank, MediTrust Inc., Douglas Elliman & Co., and 7 Arts Production, Inc. – which later was acquired by Warner Bros. He served as Chairman of American BankNote Corp. Mr. Goldsmith was also director of the Board for St. Mary’s Hospital, West Palm Beach and former Chairman of its subsequent creation, the Intracoastal Health System Foundation. He has served as past President of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and is a former Councilman of the Town of Palm Beach.

Along with over four decades experience in the Life Insurance industry. Mr. Kurit , has held premier credentials in the insurance profession. Chartered Life Underwriter has been held by Mr. Kurit for the past thirty nine (39 years). As a CLU his expertise covers all business insurance and risk management. Throughout his career, Mr. Kurit has worked with some of the largest producers across the United States, representing over thirty (30 insurance companies), as an independent agent and with their Estate and Life insurance needs. Active in many Charitable Organizations, Mr. Kurit just finished twenty-five (25 years), as a Board member Treasurer for the Southeast Chapter of the Lung Association.

Mr. Kurit is a passionate supporter of the local blood bank. Mr. Kurit is a current MENSA Member in good standing and he is a very proud graduate of the Ohio State University. Mr. Kurit is involved with the new company Lion Life Assurance.

Graduated from the University of Florida in 1965 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and Graduated in 1970 from its law school with a JD Degree. I was admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia,(since retired in Georgia), and have been in an active law practice in Palm Beach County since 1971. Upon graduating from engineering scool. I worked for General Electric Company as a ales engineer, dealing in rechargeable nickel cadium batteries for airplanes for three (3 year). Mr Cook starting Law School at the University of Florida in 1968, and after graduation he took a position in Atlanta, Georgia with a small firm, Hurie & Harland and stayed for one year.

While, in Atlanta, Mr. Cook answered an advertisement in the Florida Bar Journal for an assistant county attorney in Palm Beach County in 1971. Responsibilities included water, sewer and zoning matters. In 1973 Mr. Cook went into private practice of law as a sole practitioner, and went on to build a Law Firm with 24 partners headquartered in North Palm Beach, with offices in Stuart and Boca Raton, Florida. During this time period my legal work was specialized in real estate and development, as well as representing several municipalities and special taxing districts as their general counsel, including the Village of Palm Springs for over ten (10 years), the Town of Juno Beach three(3 years) and the Port of Palm Beach, twenty-seven years (27 years), and the Loxahatchee Environmental Control District fifteen (15 years). In 1994 Mr. Cook became a sole practitioner in North Palm Beach. Subsequent to that event, Mr. Cook became involved with Mr. Anthony G. Kehle III in his Internet Life Insurance marketing venture. Over the next twenty (2 years), I worked with Mr. Kehle on the Insurance Business and became a Shareholder and Officer in Lion Life Inc, and to this date Mr. Cook is still involved and remains as a corporate secretary of Lion Life Assurance, Org and Lion Life Assurance, Inc. In addition to the practice of Law. Mr. Cook has become involved with several business ventures, including development of over 1,000 residential units surrounding a golf course, purchase and renovation of 120 condominiums from the bank that foreclosed on them, reselling them in a nine(9 month Period), for a substantial gain, construction, operation and two office buildings; formation of a national bank with partners, and with initial capitalization of $8,500.00.

Lawrence  F. Hussey

Mr. Hussey has been instrumental as the team leader of Lion Life's proprietary software and programming thereof, creating a new global distribution system unique unto itself. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with Honors, receiving a BS and Masters degree in computer science, and received several honors as a member of the Dean's list and senior project leader. His experience as a software engineer for major corporations is exemplary.

Mr. Mainville possesses broad industry experience web and application programming.  A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a BS and Masters in Computer Science, Thomas applies his knowledge of and experience as co-team leader and in software design and programming in the development and refinement of our automated E-mail and accounting processes. In addition to programming, Thomas also uses his skills as a writer in the development of written content for Lion Life Assurance, Ltd.
